For years, I helped other people get stronger. I owned a gym and was featured as a fitness trainer on Bravo TV, but nothing prepared me for what happened in midlife.
The workouts that had always worked stopped working. My energy wasn't the same. My body responded differently. And I realized the advice I'd trusted for years didn't fully explain what happens in midlife.
I refused to accept "it's just aging" was the full story. So I went back to school. I earned a Precision Nutrition certification, became a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and completed a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology.
Today, I help women stop blaming themselves and start making progress with a plan that finally makes sense.
I created SHFT because women shouldn't have to piece together advice from five different experts just to feel healthy again.
