You feel like a stranger in your own body—despite “doing everything right.”
Your weight won’t budge, your sleep is a mess, and your mood is all over the place.
You’ve outgrown crash diets and bootcamps, but don’t know what actually works now.
Your doctor says everything looks “normal,” but you know something’s off.
You miss feeling strong, sexy, and clear-headed—and wonder if that version of you is gone for good.
You’re tired of starting over. You want a proven system built for your season of life.

Through coaching, reflection, and weekly check-ins, you’ll develop the awareness, confidence, and consistency needed to create meaningful change.
Understand your patterns: Learn how stress, habits, and mindset influence your energy, weight, and mood
Build self-efficacy:
Develop confidence through small, consistent wins
Build metabolic strength:
Use accessible, joint-friendly resistance training to support muscle, function, and long-term metabolic health.
Use your strengths:
Align your habits with what naturally works for you

Support endocrine and metabolic regulation
For many women, midlife symptoms aren't just behavioral—they're biological.
This phase helps you understand the hormonal and metabolic changes happening in your body, how they may affect symptoms, energy, body composition, and wellbeing, and what evidence-based options may be worth discussing.
And when medical support makes sense, you don't have to navigate that piece alone.
SHFT has partnered with Altro Health to provide access to licensed clinicians, comprehensive lab testing through Quest and LabCorp, medically supervised hormone therapy, GLP-1 programs, and other clinical services. Medical evaluation, prescribing, medication management, and clinical decisions are handled by the licensed clinical team.
Understand hormonal shifts:
Learn how menopause-related hormonal changes interact with sleep, energy, body composition, mood, and metabolic health.
Explore evidence-based options: Understand HRT, metabolic treatments, and other available approaches so you can make informed decisions.
Access clinical support when appropriate: SHFT clients can access licensed clinicians, lab testing, medically supervised HRT and GLP-1 programs through our clinical partner.
Become a stronger advocate for your health: Know what to ask, understand your options, and participate more confidently in decisions about your care.

This phase focuses on helping you understand hormonal changes and how they impact your metabolism, energy, and overall well-being.
You’ll gain clarity on evidence-based options, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and emerging metabolic treatments, so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Understand hormonal shifts: Learn how estrogen, insulin, and stress hormones affect your body
Explore HRT options: Understand benefits, risks, and when it may be appropriate
Learn about GLP-1 support: Explore metabolic approaches for weight and insulin resistance
Advocate for your care:
Know what to ask and how to navigate your options

Optimize nutrition and energy
Lifestyle changes are powerful—but only when they are sustainable.
This phase focuses on helping you fuel your body in a way that supports your hormones, metabolism, and daily energy.
Rather than another restrictive diet, you'll learn how to fuel your body in ways that support metabolic health, muscle, energy, and sustainable change.
Stabilize blood sugar and energy: Eat to support metabolic balance
Prioritize protein and nutrients: Support muscle, recovery, and satiety
Create sustainable routines: Build habits that fit your real life
Reduce all-or-nothing patterns: Replace extremes with consistency

This is where everything comes together—and where most programs fall short.

This phase focuses on helping you maintain your progress through support, recovery, and long-term integration.
Stay consistent with support: Ongoing coaching and accountability

Use targeted supplementation: Explore evidence-based adjunct support where appropriate
Integrate your new identity: Make these changes part of who you are—not something you try

Weight loss can absolutely be an important goal within SHFT. For many women in midlife, improving body composition and reducing excess body fat can support metabolic health, mobility, energy, and overall wellbeing.
But SHFT approaches weight differently than a traditional diet program. Instead of focusing only on calories or the number on the scale, we look at the bigger picture—including nutrition, strength and muscle, hormones, sleep, stress, habits, and the behaviors that make change sustainable.
So yes, we can work toward weight loss. We just don’t treat your weight like it exists separately from the rest of your health.
No. SHFT is designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause, as well as women who feel their body, energy, metabolism, stress levels, or overall wellbeing have shifted in midlife.
No. SHFT is designed to support women whether they are:
- exploring options
- currently using hormone therapy or GLP-1 medications
- choosing not to use them
- unsure what’s right for them
Educational discussions around hormones, metabolism, HRT, and GLP-1 medications are included, but all medical decisions should be made with qualified healthcare providers.
For women who want to explore medical options, SHFT also provides access to an optional clinical pathway through our clinical partner. Licensed clinicians—not SHFT Coaching—handle medical evaluation, prescribing, medication management, and other clinical decisions.
SHFT Coaching itself is an educational and coaching-based program, not medical treatment. However, SHFT has partnered with Altro Health to give clients access to optional clinical services provided by licensed healthcare professionals, including comprehensive lab testing, medically supervised hormone therapy and GLP-1 programs, and other clinical services.
Clinical care is separate from SHFT program tuition and is subject to individual eligibility, clinician review, and additional costs.
Yes. If you’d like more individualized attention before joining SHFT, we highly recommend starting with a private 50-minute SHFT Clarity Session. We’ll look at what’s happening across your health, habits, hormones, and life, identify your biggest priorities, and create a clear place to begin.
The SHFT Midlife System also includes meaningful individual support within the group experience. You’ll complete weekly check-ins, and your questions and real-life challenges can be addressed during live coaching calls—so you receive guidance for your situation while the entire community benefits from what we learn together.
SHFT isn’t one-on-one coaching, but you’re not anonymous in a group, either.
The program is designed for real life and busy schedules. Most women can expect to spend approximately:
1–2 hours per week engaging with lessons, reflections, live calls, and implementation exercises.
The goal is sustainable progress — not perfection or overwhelm.
To help create a more supportive and emotionally safe environment, live group coaching discussions and personal sharing sessions are transcribed for session recaps but not recorded or available for replays.
Educational materials, self-paced curriculum content, tools, and resources are provided inside the member portal, but the live coaching experience is intentionally designed to encourage honest conversation, connection, and real-time support.
While live attendance is encouraged, the self-paced curriculum, implementation tools, prompts, and community support are available throughout the program to help women stay engaged and continue making progress.
Many women inside SHFT join after years of starting over, trying extreme approaches, or feeling frustrated by inconsistent results.
SHFT was intentionally designed to support behavior change, self-awareness, accountability, and sustainable implementation rather than perfectionism or all-or-nothing thinking.
