Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of what to expect once you take the first step:
After you complete your intake form, submit payment, and book your first session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Google Meet link for Session #1. You’ll also get an overview of what to expect during our work together.
During our first session, we’ll review your goals, clarify priorities, and identify your most impactful next steps. You’ll leave with a simple, personalized action plan to work on before we meet again.
After Session #1, you’ll receive a separate link to book your remaining 4 sessions at your preferred pace. These follow-up sessions are designed to keep you focused, supported, and moving forward.
Between sessions, you’ll have time to apply your action steps and track your progress. Each session will build on the last, helping you refine your strategies, ask questions, and stay motivated as you move toward your goals.
